We serve multiple industries including:
• For weaving, we have machines which can weave up to 3 meters in width and 200 Mesh. We have a crimping machine for Dovex R type and crimped wire mesh for Rapid production.
• Quality of the mesh is checked before dispatch and during the production process with the help of the Mesh counter to maintain Quality Standards.
• We procure our Raw material from the best manufacturer with AISI GRADE.
• We have an in house work shop for repairing and fabrication which advance our capabilities of manufacturing of customized product.
Perforation:
• For perforation, we have machines that can perforate from 0.2 mm to 10 mm sheet.
• We can perforate a wide range of hole patterns.
• We use hard dies for accuracy and integrity of perforation layout, with the consistent use of certified materials.
• We have an in-house die workshop which allow us to increase quality & production.
• For Fabrication, we have a Press Brake machine 3.5-meter width, a Power Press, Lathe, Surface Grinder, Radial Drill, Laser Cutting Service Etc.
• We have a finishing plant for S.S. screen with a straightening machine & degreasing machine.
